EASY BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

1 lb. sausage, bacon or ham
3/4 c. sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. mushrooms & pieces
5 eggs
1 3/4 c. milk
6-8 slices of bread (cubed)

Place cubed bread in casserole dish, put cooked sausage, bacon or ham on top. Add sharp cheese, mushrooms on top of meat. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper, pour over top.
Let stand 5 minutes then bake at 350 until brown (35 minutes).

NON ALCOHOLIC PUNCH

3 (6 oz.) cans frozen lemonade (not pink), thawed (18 oz. total)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries with juice
1 qt. Ginger ale

Dilute lemonade as directed on cans. Add strawberries with juice. At last minute, add ginger ale. Serve over ice in punch bowl or over ice in individual glasses. Try to get chopped strawberries, not slices or halves. Don't mash the strawberries. To Transport: Mix lemonade concentrate and strawberries. Add 9 cups water and 1 quart ginger ale at serving time.
Can divide lemonade strawberry mix into thirds, then add 4 cans water (3 cups) and 10 ounce bottle ginger ale to each third, keeping the rest of the mix in the refrigerator until needed. Makes 28 (4 oz.) servings.

FRUIT FILLED COOKIE BARS

1 1/2 c. butter
2 3/4 c. sugar
3 3/4 c.flour
2 cans pie filling
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
6 eggs

Mix together all ingredients except pie filling. Mix until dough is fluffy. Spread half of dough on greased jelly roll pan. Spread filling over dough. Top with remaining half of dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

SHRIMP FILLED DEVILED EGGS

6 hard-boiled eggs
1/4 cup Miracle Whip
1 teaspoon French's mustard
dash Tabasco sauce
salt, to taste
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
6 medium cooked shrimp, finely chopped
2 green onions, finely chopped

Cut peeled eggs lengthwise into halves. Slip out yolks; mash with fork. Stir in Miracle Whip, mustard, Tabasco, garlic powder and salt; taste and adjust seasonings.
Stir in shrimp and minced green onions. Fill whites with egg yolk mixture, forming a slightly rounded top, or pipe through a decorative pastry bag or cookie shooter.
Arrange on a serving dish.
Cover tightly and refrigerate.
Garnish with paprika and chopped fresh parsley before serving, if desired.
Yields 12 deviled eggs.

FRUIT BAR COOKIES

1 c. butter
1 c. white sugar
1 egg yolk
2 c. flour

Lightly grease 9 x 13 pan. Cream butter and sugar; add egg yolk and flour. Divide dough and press 1/2 on bottom of pan. On top of this, spread all of an 18 ounce jar of Smuckers Apricot Preserves. Then sprinkle 1 generous cup of nuts over preserves (optional). Crumble remaining dough all over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
